A quiet obsession, served warm.

Dhunki takes its name from a word for a tune that lodges itself in you and refuses to leave. That is the whole brief. One room, low light, forty covers, and a kitchen that cooks the classics of the continent with a memory of somewhere warmer.

Nothing here is in a hurry. The stock has been on since morning, the ice is cut to order, and the last table is never rushed. Come for dinner; stay because the room keeps humming.
